Prairie Skies

Prairie Skies is a gallery art project that I started in 2018 and is a collection of images that are of the Kansas landscape and are taken in the late fall and winter months. The colors captured during the colder months tend to be more vivid than during the summer, you capture more deep blues, reds and yellows during sunset and at dusk after the sun has gone down. The purpose of this portfolio project was to capture the beauty of the prairie in winter so I can showcase it in my capstone class.
